Welcome to the KSP Rep Team
I’m so excited to have you as part of this team this year! I’ve put together this guide to give you a clear idea of what to expect, what’s coming up, and how to truly make the most of this experience.
✨ What You’ll Receive ✨
As a KSP Rep, you’ll receive a full senior experience throughout the year
This includes a cap + gown mini session and two full individual sessions, each including a 1-hour shoot, up to 2 outfits, 1 location, and 60+ edited digital images.
These sessions are completely customizable, meaning you’ll be able to choose your own session dates, locations, and overall vibe to make each shoot feel unique to you. 😊
The total investment for the KSP Rep Team is $500.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of acceptance to secure your spot.
The remaining balance can be split into payments, but must be paid in full before the Meet + Greet session
(date will be announced).
To officially secure your spot, a signed parent/guardian contract and deposit are required.
Throughout the year, there will be at least 3 group sessions (and possibly more depending on the year 😊).
1–2 of these will be required, and the rest will be open to anyone who is available.
I know everyone has different schedules, so don’t stress about making every single shoot — just come to what you can and be present when you’re there!
✨Rep Expectations✨
To make this the best experience for everyone, there are a few expectations to be part of the KSP Rep Team:
Stay connected: You must be following Kala Shyann Photography on social media and stay active with posts throughout the year.
Parent approval: A parent/guardian must be aware of and approve your participation in the rep team.
Sharing your photos: Reps are expected to share their photos and post from sessions throughout the year.
Tagging + support: When posting your photos, please tag Kala Shyann Photography. This is how I grow and get my name out there, and it’s a huge part of being a rep 🫶🏽
Exclusivity (senior photos only): As a KSP Rep, you’ll represent Kala Shyann Photography for your senior photos only.You’re still welcome to book with others for things like family sessions, sports, prom, etc.
Outfit + session prep: For group sessions, you’ll need to follow outfit/theme guidelines that are sent out ahead of time to keep everything cohesive and on-brand ✨
Come prepared: Please arrive to sessions ready to go — hair and makeup done, on time, and ready to have fun!
The ksp standard
Being part of the KSP Rep Team is more than just photos, it’s about the energy you bring and how you show up throughout the year. This team is for girls who truly want to be involved, so showing up and being present matters. As a rep, you represent Kala Shyann Photography, and the way you carry yourself both online and in person reflects the entire team.
I want this to be a positive, fun environment, so kindness and support for one another is so important. At the same time, being reliable and communicating (whether through group chats or messages) helps everything run smoothly. Most importantly, be yourself!! You were chosen for a reason, and I want you to show up confidently and authentically throughout this experience 💖
The referral program
One of the best parts of being a Rep is sharing your experience and getting rewarded for it ✨
When your friends book with me through your referral, you’ll earn exclusive rewards as a thank you for supporting and representing KSP.
This can include things like gift cards, extra mini sessions, session upgrades, and surprise perks throughout the year!
There’s no pressure to refer a certain number, but the more you put into the experience, the more you’ll get out of it! 🎉
